Seller Policy

By creating a seller account on Tinybloom, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

Item Standards

  • All items must be gently preowned premium kids’ clothing from approved brands.

  • Items must be freshly washed prior to shipping.

  • Items must be free from stains, holes, rips, or excessive wear.

  • Only authentic products may be listed; counterfeit or misrepresented brands are prohibited.

Listings

  • Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions of size, brand, color, and condition.

  • Misrepresentation (e.g., wrong size, undisclosed damage) may result in removal from the platform.

  • Tinybloom reserves the right to remove listings that don’t meet our standards.

Shipping

  • Sellers must ship items within 48 hours of a sale using the prepaid label provided.

  • Failure to ship on time may result in order cancellation and potential suspension of your seller account.

  • Sellers should package items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Payouts

  • Seller payouts are set at 70% of the final sale price.

  • Payouts are released 48 hours after confirmed delivery.

  • Sellers may choose cash payout or Tinybloom store credit (+5% bonus).

Returns & Disputes

  • If a buyer reports an item as not as described, Tinybloom may investigate and issue a refund.

  • In such cases, sellers may forfeit payout for that item.

  • Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

Prohibited Listings

  • Non-clothing items (toys, gear, furniture, etc.) unless otherwise approved by Tinybloom.

  • Items in poor condition (stained, ripped, heavily worn).

  • Items that don’t align with Tinybloom’s curated brand list.

Policy Updates

Tinybloom may update this Seller Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
