Welcome to Tinybloom! By using our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Marketplace Model
Tinybloom operates as a peer-to-peer consignment platform. Sellers list items, and buyers purchase them directly through our platform.

2. Sellers

• Sellers must only list approved brands and gently preowned children’s clothing.

• Sellers are responsible for shipping their sold items within 48 hours using the prepaid label provided.

• Payouts are released 48 hours after confirmed delivery to the buyer.

3. Buyers

• All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final, unless the item is not as described.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge items are preowned unless specifically marked otherwise.

4. Tinybloom’s Role

• Tinybloom facilitates transactions and provides shipping tools, but we do not own or warehouse inventory.

• We reserve the right to remove listings or accounts that violate our guidelines.

5. Liability
Tinybloom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, misuse of items, or inaccurate listings by sellers.

6. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
